Immortal Relations The series of events of from the morning had contradicted all the theories that Preetma had learned till now. The theories and values that she learned from books, experiences and from various events from her life were simply proved wrong and that too in few hours. There was dark and lonely road in front of her. But she was determined that she could walk any path, alone. No matter how dark the path is or how lonely it is, but she knew, she could walk it alone. She , then,looked at her watch on her right wrist, it was half past eleven. Looking ahead she took a step, then another, and started walking. The road was dark not only because there was no street lights but also due to the high and heavily covered trees on both side of it. But still, she could see her path clearly in the light glittered by waning half moon. While walking she was thinking about the problems she and her family had to face since her brother had left them for-ever. I exactly remember that day, when I was returning to Nagpur after enjoying my summer holidays with my grandparents. I had been there for last fourteen days, enjoying, playing and spending each moment with the love of my grandparents. Actually, on comparing to my cousins, you can understood that I was only one who has spent so much and most beautiful times with grandparents. I won’t tell you about the beginning of my relationship with my grandparents, because even I don’t remember that time. Rather I will tell you about my friendship with my Grandpa. I was told that my Grandpa had been a teacher in a government high school an also he was very strict and stern. But since I saw him, he had always been happy and always holding smile on that old charming face. His forehead had wrinkles running over it, describing his journey from a orphaned child to a senior Physics teacher in a high school, and all with his own hard work. This morning I wake up at 4:30 am, as always. I washed my face and went outside to meditate in open. Our quarters were in open plains and mornings were almost silent, that ’ s good for meditation. I had been doing meditation for years and thus it was habitual for me to meditate for an hour. After that as I went in, there as a notification in my phone, text from my sweetheart. The message read- “ Good Morning Captain Sahab!!! … .n btw … I LOVE YOU more than u love me … .. ” . She continued the quarrel that we had last night, that who loves more. So, I just simply replied- " Gud Morning … I LOVE YOU … but u know what … I MISS U A LOT …” . Then I went to take showers. The water was obviously icy cold, and that's the only good thing about having a bath. After that I went in front of mirror, to dress up. Dressing up is the best part of the day.
